This is the house note for what was put in order on the store after the August pass. Read it as a map of the pages that matter if you buy, return, or write to us. The August posts covered the pause and the first public-page review. This one is the legal and contact layer, dated and linked.

Why this exists
A store that talks luxury and then hides the rules in 2024 copy is sloppy. In the first half of September the policies and the contact page were rewritten so they say the same thing as the footer and the same thing as the inbox. Short sentences. One email. Dates on the page.

Use this page and this address. Nothing else.

Write for orders, returns, press, or a question. Put the order number in the subject or the first line if you have one. We read what you send. We reply in writing. The form on that page goes to the same inbox.

The four policies (10 September 2026)

Open these. They are the current text.

What each one is for

Privacy — what we collect when you browse or buy, that Shopify and Printful see what they need to take payment and ship, that we do not sell lists, that you can write to support@tronform.co for a copy, a correction, or a deletion. EEA, UK, and California rights stay on that page.

Terms — the contract is with TRONFORM, not with Shopify. Using the site or placing an order means you accept these terms, the privacy notice, and the returns page.

Returns and refunds — how to ask, what condition the piece must be in, how EU law treats a cooling-off period when the parcel is shipped into the Union. Do not invent a second process. Use the email.

Shipping: Times are estimates by region, not a promise of a calendar day. Tracking goes to the email on the order. Questions on a shipment go to support@tronform.co.

If any of those four pages still shows an old year in the copyright line, the date that governs is 10 September 2026 on Privacy and Terms. Fix the leftover line on Shipping if it is still sitting there.

What did not change in this pass
The live season collection is still TRONFORM 2026 Summer. House lines — Starflow, XTF, Maiky and the rest stay as collections of their own. This note is not a new drop and it is not a price rewrite.
