What Actually Happened 2025-2026
I’m going to say this directly.
From the end of 2025 into most of 2026 I disappeared.
Not because I stopped caring about TRONFORM. Not because the vision changed. I disappeared because I hit a wall that I couldn’t push through anymore. The kind of wall that doesn’t care how ambitious you are or how many years you’ve already been grinding.
I had been running at full intensity for a long time. 2025 was the year I tried to force the breakthrough. I pushed hard, every day, with almost no capital and almost no support. I treated the business like it had to work on pure will. For a while that was enough. Then it wasn’t.
What followed wasn’t a clean break. It was a collapse. Focus went. The ability to sit down and execute went. Even simple decisions felt heavy. Months passed and the only thing I could do was survive the days. The store stayed up on autopilot. Some orders still came through. But the public presence, the consistent building, the outreach all of that stopped.
I won’t dress it up. It was burnout mixed with the weight of being undercapitalized for too long. When you carry a big plan and you have almost nothing to fuel it, the gap between what you know you can do and what you’re actually able to do becomes exhausting. That gap ate me for months.
There were days I questioned everything. Days I thought about stopping. Not because the vision was wrong, but because the cost of continuing with zero resources started to feel impossible. Most people never say that part out loud. I’m saying it.
I’m still here.
Not because it suddenly became easy. I’m here because stopping would mean accepting that the current situation is permanent. And I refuse that. TRONFORM is still the bridge. The larger work I intend to do still requires capital, and this is still the vehicle I have. That part hasn’t changed.
What has changed is the way I have to move. The old version of me tried to force everything through pure intensity. That version broke. The version that continues has to be more precise. Less waste. More durability.
This post isn’t a victory speech. It’s a status report from someone who went through a long, quiet, difficult stretch and is now returning to the work.
The store is being brought back to full capacity. The systems that broke are being fixed. The outreach that stopped for months is restarting. I’m not promising overnight results. I’m stating that the pause is over.
If you’ve been watching the brand and wondering what happened.
This is what happened.
I’m back at the table.
